National Geographic Magazine Spread

National Geographic

This project focused on designing a visually compelling and well-structured four-page magazine article layout, exploring both print and digital applications. Part 1 (Print) involved applying principles of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to create editorial spreads and an accompanying magazine cover. The process began with research and the development of a Look Book, analyzing the selected magazine's style, target audience, and key design elements such as type, color, imagery, and layout to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Part 2 (Digital) extended the concept into a responsive, user-friendly website designed for all screen sizes. The goal was to translate the print layout into a seamless digital experience while maintaining visual consistency, readability, and usability across devices. The final outcome includes two editorial spreads and a cover designed in Adobe InDesign, alongside a digital experience that reflects the same design system. This project demonstrates the ability to adapt concepts across platforms and create cohesive, user-centered designs for both print and digital environments.
